I'm Nikki, and I've been quietly obsessed with how money actually works since I was 14, sitting on my bed after my first shift, with an envelope of cash and a notebook split into three columns. Ins. Outs. Leftovers. That night I wasn't budgeting. I was building a system. I've been building systems for women's money ever since.

I'm a mortgage broker. I'm also a former financial planner, an accountant's partner of many years, a money coach, and the person who ran a salon for 24 years while quietly teaching her clients about loan structures and property between blow-dries. I've sat in nearly every seat at the financial table, which means I see your whole money picture, not just your loan.

I'm dyslexic, ADHD and a little bit of autistisism. I left school in Year 9. I went on to earn High Distinctions at university. I'm an MFAA State Finalist for Excellence in Customer Service. I built a system that works because of how my brain is wired,  not in spite of it. And it works just as well for peoples whose brains are wired differently too.

I'm not a guru. I don't have a big team, a flashy office or a script I run you through. Some days I drink my coffee cold because I forgot it on the bench. I'm a woman who learned this the long way round, and who can now save you years of doing it the same.
